alphanumeric sender ID) instead of a number

I am talking about :
On Spokk > Send Request > Select Business Location >Send Verification Link > Send SMS

When customer receives SMS , it shows phone number, because this sms is sent via trello api integration.

Which is from : Company Setting > Configure SMS > Twillio SID/Tocken and Phone Number .

Here you only got integration option from twillio phone number. but there should be an integration from Sender Pool which uses Business name as sender instead of number.


I am simply askign simple sender ID integration suck as www.touchsms.com and/or any other message sending service uses.



Sending link with random phone number seems spam to customer. they wont click on the link.

So Using SENDER ID is prefferable.
