I see there is a way to Delete a location, but what if I want to just pause it for the moment. I might run campaigns where I want to get feedback but then pause them. The embed icon does not render all the time

Hi,At the moment I use Pabbly Connect to automatically reply to reviews on my Google profile. Since Spokk specialises in reviews, it would be great to have a feature that allows automatic replies to Google reviews directly from Spokk.You could also consider adding this option using the customer’s (us) own OpenAI API key, which may help reduce your costs.Please let me know if this is something you can add to your roadmap.

Hi,I have set up the form to automatically send coupons via email (it would also be great to have SMS coupon sending), but customers are not receiving any emails. The premise is great. But the reviews sound the same. That’s alright, especially to start. But a major problem is when AI hallucinates something that absolutely didn’t happen.Example, I run a digital results studio. A website revamp client used Spokk. Based on his 5-star reviews across the board, AI presumed they were “struggling to get traffic” AND that they were “already seeing more clients coming in” after the revamp. This is not quite the case, and no star ratings allude to either of these scenarios. We don’t want clients to feel like their being led to give a falsified review. I wish there was a way to say more about what the business actually does in a clear way that would very obviously influence what AI then says — and what it doesn’t.

Currently, while multiple platforms can be configured in the software, only one option is displayed to users when they're leaving feedback. I would like to give users the choice to leave a review on either Google or Trustpilot.

As there are other languages in the world, this needs to be able to be translated in different languages. I would not use this tool for my customer base, as I would like to communicate properly in their native language.

I always end up clicking around for several minutes trying to remember how to see feedback. The Dashboard UX could make that clearer by simply default checking ALL location checkboxes, to have all locations’ feedback visible by default upon page entry. And also by moving the note for that up, and calling it out so it doesn’t blend with everything else.
