If this than that logic in Feedback Form Workflow
It would be game-changing to allow dependent feedback form workflows. A common use case for me that is easy to understand and could be customized for any business is: “If guest leaves a cleanliness review <4 than ask what room needed additional cleaning”. In other words if this condition is met than send a custom message requesting relevant follow up information. If the condition is not met then it is left out of the feedback form.

Translation of the backend (Customers) and all types of forms
Please consider a translation option of the backend (At least what my Agency Customers are facing, not their customers) and all types of forms (Chat as well). My language is German.
Ability to duplicate review forms across different companies
Unless I am missing something it doesn’t appear there is a way for me to copy or duplicate a review form from one company for use in a separate company. For those of us who manage multiple companies in the same industry this seems like a low complexity time saving opportunity.
Terms and Conditions needed for offer when requesting feedback
There needs to be a Terms and Conditions when using the discount that is offered when requesting feedback. Possibly within the Feedback form, but at least included when the offer is sent via email.
Coupne Email are not sending
Hi, I have set up the form to automatically send coupons via email (it would also be great to have SMS coupon sending), but customers are not receiving any emails. I also cannot find any settings to configure the email template, signature, etc. In addition, I would like to send the coupon emails from a different email address instead of my login email. Could you please guide me on where to configure these settings?

Let us customize AI prompt that creates the AI-assisted review
The premise is great. But the reviews sound the same. That’s alright, especially to start. But a major problem is when AI hallucinates something that absolutely didn’t happen. Example, I run a digital results studio. A website revamp client used Spokk. Based on his 5-star reviews across the board, AI presumed they were “struggling to get traffic” AND that they were “already seeing more clients coming in” after the revamp. This is not quite the case, and no star ratings allude to either of these scenarios. We don’t want clients to feel like their being led to give a falsified review. I wish there was a way to say more about what the business actually does in a clear way that would very obviously influence what AI then says — and what it doesn’t.

Allow users to choose between multiple review platforms
Would it be possible to let users choose which platform they want to leave a review on? Currently, while multiple platforms can be configured in the software, only one option is displayed to users when they're leaving feedback. I would like to give users the choice to leave a review on either Google or Trustpilot.

Auto Review Reply
Hi, At the moment I use Pabbly Connect to automatically reply to reviews on my Google profile. Since Spokk specialises in reviews, it would be great to have a feature that allows automatic replies to Google reviews directly from Spokk. You could also consider adding this option using the customer’s (us) own OpenAI API key, which may help reduce your costs. Please let me know if this is something you can add to your roadmap.
Allow a way to "Pause" a location
I see there is a way to Delete a location, but what if I want to just pause it for the moment. I might run campaigns where I want to get feedback but then pause them. I don’t want to have to delete the location and then re-create them later.

As there are other languages in the world, this needs to be able to be translated in different languages. I would not use this tool for my customer base, as I would like to communicate properly in their native language.
