Coupne Email are not sending

Hi,

I have set up the form to automatically send coupons via email (it would also be great to have SMS coupon sending), but customers are not receiving any emails. I also cannot find any settings to configure the email template, signature, etc.

In addition, I would like to send the coupon emails from a different email address instead of my login email.

Could you please guide me on where to configure these settings?
