Create clearer way to review form responses

I always end up clicking around for several minutes trying to remember how to see feedback. The Dashboard UX could make that clearer by simply default checking ALL location checkboxes, to have all locations’ feedback visible by default upon page entry. And also by moving the note for that up, and calling it out so it doesn’t blend with everything else.
