Hey Shavona, you can set up your own discount amount by customizing the feedback form.
Go to “Feedback” → “Setup” → “3 forms (Multi-form view)” → Choose the pencil icon in any of the forms under available forms → Edit your message and update the form.
You can add your own reward or even remove the reward if you would like.
