SMS Campaigns lets you send targeted broadcast messages to your opted-in customers whenever you need to, outside of the automated flow.

Write your message, pick your segment (all consented contacts, loyalty members, high-value customers, or recent customers from the last 30 or 60 days), and see a live recipient count before you send. A compliance opt-out line is added automatically to every message.

After sending, the campaign dashboard shows delivery stats: messages sent, failures, and delivery rate.

Credits are separate from your automation SMS balance and can be topped up at any time from the Campaigns page.
