Please consider a translation option of the backend (At least what my Agency Customers are facing, not their customers) and all types of forms (Chat as well). My language is German.
And in terms that I can write anything in my own language into the form: That’s nice, but it’s extremely time consuming when setting this up for my clients. I would have to change every time a form and basically start from scratch. That’s not feasable for me.

I wasn’t able to edit my post, here are some more infos:
I only can buy spokk agency when I have a backend and forms in my language, otherwise my clients can’t use the tool. My clients are Blue Collar businesses and they generally don’t speak english.
