Isn't abuse, like, for example, I have 25 businesses to manage, and I want the AI to create a review according to the city and keywords I want to rank? But the limitations of the services added are not good. Also, why can't the service be edited?
I guess 500 services should work but for some one that buy the premium packpage services should be unlimited

Just to clarify, the 500-service limit applies per business, not across your entire account. Most businesses find that keeping the list of services concise and organized into high-level categories helps customers quickly find what they’re looking for, rather than feeling overwhelmed by too many options. If you’re sending verified feedback requests, you can also preselect the relevant service to make things even easier for your customers.
Currently, the service list is designed to include only the service name (not custom keywords), so it won’t directly influence keyword rankings in reviews. Regarding editing service names: this restriction is in place to prevent data inconsistencies. For example, if feedback is collected under “Cleanliness” and later the service is renamed to “Value for Money,” it could create confusion and impact your analytics.
