Allow users to choose between multiple review platforms
Would it be possible to let users choose which platform they want to leave a review on? Currently, while multiple platforms can be configured in the software, only one option is displayed to users when they're leaving feedback. I would like to give users the choice to leave a review on either Google or Trustpilot.

Allow a way to "Pause" a location
I see there is a way to Delete a location, but what if I want to just pause it for the moment. I might run campaigns where I want to get feedback but then pause them. I don’t want to have to delete the location and then re-create them later.

Hi, At the moment I use Pabbly Connect to automatically reply to reviews on my Google profile. Since Spokk specialises in reviews, it would be great to have a feature that allows automatic replies to Google reviews directly from Spokk. You could also consider adding this option using the customer’s (us) own OpenAI API key, which may help reduce your costs. Please let me know if this is something you can add to your roadmap.

Coupne Email are not sending
Hi, I have set up the form to automatically send coupons via email (it would also be great to have SMS coupon sending), but customers are not receiving any emails. I also cannot find any settings to configure the email template, signature, etc. In addition, I would like to send the coupon emails from a different email address instead of my login email. Could you please guide me on where to configure these settings?

Hi team, I’m getting a bit frustrated with Spokk now. It feels like the product is still quite new and hasn’t been properly tested before launching it to the public. Please log in to my account and review the auto-generated feedback form I’ve set up. Check how it currently works: If a customer wants to leave negative feedback, there is no separate message or clear path for them to do anything helpful. If there is an option for that, then there is no option to send a coupon to customers who leave a 5-star review. When a customer leaves a 1-star rating and submits, the button still says “Submit Review” instead of something like “Contact Us”, and after submitting it just shows an error and doesn’t do anything. Please fix this, re-check the whole form flow, and make sure it works as intended. I’m happy to jump on a screen-share so you can see the issue live, or you can watch how it behaves from my account to identify the problem. Thank you. PS: I give consent to you to login to my account to verify or fix the setup.
