Staff will be able to login from any device and quickly perform the actions that drive your feedback and review pipeline: - Check customers in at a location - Look up a customer by phone number / name - View customer progress and info (feedback given, testimonials, referrals, loyalty points, etc.) The goal is a clean, minimal interface that any team member can use in seconds — no training required. It keeps sensitive business data locked away from staff while still empowering them to run the customer experience workflows you've set up. Hi team, I’m getting a bit frustrated with Spokk now. It feels like the product is still quite new and hasn’t been properly tested before launching it to the public. Please log in to my account and review the auto-generated feedback form I’ve set up. Check how it currently works: If a customer wants to leave negative feedback, there is no separate message or clear path for them to do anything helpful. If there is an option for that, then there is no option to send a coupon to customers who leave a 5-star review. When a customer leaves a 1-star rating and submits, the button still says “Submit Review” instead of something like “Contact Us”, and after submitting it just shows an error and doesn’t do anything. Please fix this, re-check the whole form flow, and make sure it works as intended. I’m happy to jump on a screen-share so you can see the issue live, or you can watch how it behaves from my account to identify the problem. Thank you.
