Hi team, I’m getting a bit frustrated with Spokk now. It feels like the product is still quite new and hasn’t been properly tested before launching it to the public. Please log in to my account and review the auto-generated feedback form I’ve set up. Check how it currently works: If a customer wants to leave negative feedback, there is no separate message or clear path for them to do anything helpful. If there is an option for that, then there is no option to send a coupon to customers who leave a 5-star review. When a customer leaves a 1-star rating and submits, the button still says β€œSubmit Review” instead of something like β€œContact Us”, and after submitting it just shows an error and doesn’t do anything. Please fix this, re-check the whole form flow, and make sure it works as intended. I’m happy to jump on a screen-share so you can see the issue live, or you can watch how it behaves from my account to identify the problem. Thank you.
